Loupeng is expanding its field-proven S-series push-pull connectors with the new 1S.275 series for 12G-SDI (Serial Digital Interface) 4K UHD transmission. Compliant with the SMPTE ST 2082-1 signal/data transmission standard, this new rugged push-pull connector is capable of transmission rates up to 12 Gbit/s, compliant with the 12G-SDI transmission standard, providing eight times the bandwidth of standard HD-SDI in a single link. The chocolate bar shape makes it easier to grip and operate.
This connector is Loupeng's response to rapid technological developments and market demands, and is designed to meet the needs of the AVB market segment and other market segments of medical imaging platforms such as endoscopy and laparoscopy for high transmission rates, lighter structures and low latency for live events.
The needs of the other market segments of medical imaging platforms for high transmission rates, lighter structures and low latency for live events.
The connector is optimized for smooth transmission with high precision, high reliability, low return loss, and can replace dual 6G or quad 3G links. Today, many 4K professional cameras use quad-link BNC connectors to transmit 12G signals for UHD displays. The new Loupeng product will allow the transmission of 12G-SDI for UHD displays from a single link connection.
